This theatrical reinterpretation of Hamlet places the story in the Mughal era, revealing striking parallels between Shakespeare’s world and the lives of Mughal kings and queens.​

​A comparative study of the Mughal Empire, examining differences between historical reality and its fictional portrayal. Through script analysis and period research, the project explores how narrative choices reshape history across themes such as gender roles, power structures, family dynamics, cultural practices, and mortality.
